Myers - Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a very popular personality test
designed to assist a person in identifying significant personal preferences.
The AsiaWorks MBTI workshop is carried out over two consecutive evenings and
is open to graduates of the Basic Training. Participants have the
opportunity to identify their own style and then to work through the
specific characteristics associated with that style.
This indicator is an excellent supplement to the work carried out in the
AsiaWorks core curriculum and can be used to enhance results in many areas
of life.
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) questionnaire is the most widely used
personality questionnaire in the world. More than 3.5m questionnaires are
completed worldwide every year. It is based on over 50 years research and
development and is available in 19 languages.
