HONG KONG – August 14 is a meaningful day for HKLP 128. For those mentally challenged, it was the first time they had ever spend a day filed with love and happiness with 130 people. They experienced love and warmth instead of loneliness and abandonment. This group of LPs set off to contribute, in return, they were rewarded with fulfillment. It was an experience that money can't buy.
